John Rossiter is a composer based out of Los Angeles. He has scored episodes 3 and 6 of Netflix's The OA Season 2 and recently was the composer for Ferrari: Fury and the Monster dir. by Steve Hoover and A Sacred Pause dir. by Jon Bregel. He has composed for commercials and his music has been featured on Couples Therapy and A Murder at the End of the World.
In his own project, Young Jesus, John has toured alongside Sam Fender, James Vincent McMorrow, Petey USA, and Ian Sweet. John's music ranges from experimental rock to songwriter folk to ambient. His albums have received glowing reviews from Pitchfork, Stereogum, Paste, Uproxx, and FLOOD Magazine, calling Young Jesus "brilliant indie rock" (Uproxx) and "audacious but accessible, instantly likable even at their most esoteric" (Pitchfork).
John Rossiter began playing guitar and violin at age 10, learning chords from his mom. He loves gardening, practicing permaculture in his backyard in Los Angeles.
